Leigh Felton, founder of Levor, is a seasoned Chief of Staff and Business Manager. She has over 20 years’ experience managing marketing programs, executive communications and end-to-end event support. Leigh spent many years running marketing, business operations and communications programs for one of the largest IT tech firms in the world at Microsoft Corporation during her 15 year career at the company.

She has also worked in the start-up world, as VP of Marketing and Business Operations for a solar renewable energy firm. One of the biggest highlights of her career, was being appointed by the Washington State Governor, to manage the Business Services Division for the state. In this role, she was responsible for all Marketing, Operations, Communications efforts, Export/Trade and Overseas Recruiting Missions for the state to promote their brand and build better business relationships.

Leigh knows how to foster working relationships to bring teams together towards one common goal. She is a seasoned communicator, facilitator, and orchestrator, and leads with passion and strives for excellence.

Tim Ferguson, LevorSuite - Lead CPMA Architect, With a Master's of Science degree in Finance and over 30 years as a Financial Professional, Tim has a substantial track record on both the delivery and receiving ends of financial management assets and tools. He has over 20 years' experience directly managing Finance departments and teams, and held direct responsibility for $50-100M organizational budgets.

Tim has held roles as Controller, Director, Consultant, Finance Officer, as well as held responsibility for managing technical engagements for introducing new financial systems to the market. He knows how to translate business requirements into consumable IT solutions, and delivering software applications that support the end-to-end Corporate Financial Management processes and systems.

He is an expert business partner and consultant, and has implemented global solutions, architectural designs and Business Intelligence models. Tim has an expertise in evaluating new technology solutions, and ensuring the maximum return on investment compared to status quo and existing legacy systems.

Tim is a true leader that knows the complexity of the Financial Management world across industries and sectors including; FinServ, Government, Utilities, Information Technology, Real Estate Investments and Non-Profit. His expertise includes delivering a solution through the full Lifecycle; from development, to definition, scope, POC/Pilot -- all the way through to delivery and sustainability.

Jesper Vork, co-founder of Levor, end-to-end CPMA & LevorSuite Practice Executive; has a long career in the Financial Management and Business Intelligent worlds. He has spent over 25 years of his career working with Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Expedia, LEGO, ING Bank, Bayer, MIT, Time Magazine and others, helping them analyze their business, data and financial management processes, and providing guidance and support to improve their decision-making ability through the implementation of advanced solutions. He also has a software development background and was instrumental in launching four successful financial software applications for some of the biggest names in the industry.

Jesper has led product development for leading CPM Automation and Financial Management software solutions, and has in-depth experience leading technological transformations in companies of all sizes. He is skilled in organizing operations for a growing corporation; taking it from the initial partnership stage to a true enterprise setup. He understands how to streamline and optimize business processes to make them work – with minimum ongoing efforts for support.
